dear body,
I experienced a moment of absolute clarity during my Monday morning breath work session. My body intuitively knew it was time for a change; I was off course. ⛵
It was strange to find myself back on social media, a platform I had mostly avoided for years. I realized I had been influenced by others. (touché) Social media, I knew, is part of the problem—a source of distraction and inauthenticity. Authenticity is the highest vibration, and I could feel my body's discomfort.
It was time for a course correction. I needed to move away from marketing, sales, emails, content creation, and social media—the very things that contribute to the distracted world we live in. If "content is king," then connection is queen. My body resisted every moment spent on marketing, sales, and social media - she knows there is a better way.
Albert Einstein said, “We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.” Yet, as a society, we continue to try.
The truth is, I don't want to be followed, liked, or 'subscribed to'. I prefer that you follow, like, and subscribe to yourself—and no one else. You are your own guru; you just have to get still enough to hear your body. The answers are all inside of you.
If you need guidance, ask your body first. You won't find it scrolling through social media or buried in your inbox. Be wise about who you trust; it's the trap of "business."
